Does anyone have a practical checklist for passing a generated intro between editors? We are planning a shared folder where the original export stays easy to identify. The aim is to let the next editor understand what changed without guessing from the filename. I came across suno fix while collecting references for the discussion. The checklist would identify the original format, export settings, and the passage needing attention. Would a single revision document be enough if every file has a clear version number? Approval also needs to refer to an exact file so that a later export does not inherit it accidentally. The original will stay in the folder while we decide whether a revision is useful. A dated note about who prepared each file would also help us resolve questions during the final approval stage. I would appreciate examples of concise handoff notes that have worked for other small teams. |
